Systems design and process improvement for organizational transformation.
I design, build, and optimize operational systems that equip values-aligned organizations to amplify their impact.
Approach
The best solutions aren't just technically sound—they are designed to serve the people who use them every day.
I bring design thinking to organizational development—approaching complex challenges with deep curiosity and empathy. By helping teams articulate pain points and align on the problem, I transform procedural and technical ambiguity into structured, reliable workflows and build solutions that stick.

Process Overview
1. Discovery & Diagnosis
I work closely with stakeholders to understand end-user needs, pain points, and operational hurdles. Through deep listening and targeted prompts, I develop a clear, unified definition of the problem and provide recommended solutions.
2. Systems Design
I map and diagram workflows, evaluating how people, processes, systems, and digital tools need to intersect. I translate conceptual strategy into actionable project plans, visual process flows, and clear next steps to facilitate stakeholder alignment and buy-in.
3. Implementation
Depending on the project, I engineer custom solutions, implement off-the-shelf software products, or manage external tech vendors. I oversee development with strict attention to detail, ensuring the new infrastructure is secure, efficient, and compliant.
4. Adoption & Coaching
Systems are only successful if people use them. I provide clear rollout communications, lead hands-on staff training, and deliver tailored coaching sessions to build team confidence, ensure long-term software adoption, and support operational success.
Consulting Experience

About Me
I grew up in the Pacific Northwest, where family “vacations” were multi-day backpacking trips.
I studied Political Science and International Studies at Macalester College in Saint Paul, Minnesota and International Development in Dakar, Senegal.
I have had the immense privilege to visit Western Europe, Africa (North, West, South and East), Southeast Asia, and South and Central America.
I am a surfer, gardener, plant and rescue dog mom (sixteen fosters and two foster fails!), and auntie.
I use she/her/hers pronouns.
Values
I volunteer at the Alano Club of Portland, facilitating trauma-informed yoga classes for people in recovery.
As a member of SURJ (Standing Up for Racial Justice), I am committed to ongoing anti-racist education, growth, engagement, and action at a personal and community level.
Accessibility is a core priority in my work. I am deeply committed to ensuring my services are fully accessible and that your specific needs are recognized, honored, and met. I actively welcome feedback on how I can continue to improve the accessibility of my processes and consulting offerings.
I believe that the universe is abundant. If financial constraints are a barrier, let’s work together to find a solution!
Organizations I Support Financially
Land Acknowledgement
I live and work on the traditional village sites of the Multnomah, Wasco, Cowlitz, Kathlamet, Clackamas, Bands of Chinook, Tualatin Kalapuya, Molalla, and many other tribes who made their homes along the Columbia River.*
Recognizing this history is just a starting point in the ongoing work to dismantle systems of settler-colonial occupation. To move beyond symbolic gestures, I actively educate myself on systemic displacement and dedicate resources to support Land Back movements in the United States.
